Hotel Palace Guayaquil

The price was excellent, well worth the comfort and elegance of the room simply outstanding! Bathroom and shower outstanding, cleanliness outstanding. My wife and I were total satisfied with every aspect of our one night stay. Had to catch an early flight and missed breakfast but did receive brown bag breakfast to go. Our wake up call at 6 00 am was perfect and our taxi ordered by Hotel arrived on time at 6 30 am. The hole experience was totally awesome!

Hotel Palace is in a great location, you can walk to the Malecon in about 5 minutes. The hotel staff is very friendly and competent and speaks very good English, we felt very welcome and comfortable. The room is big and beds are very comfortable. The breakfast buffet is very good, with a variety of breads, fruits, meats, cheeses, cereals and yoghurts and much more.

The staff was very friendly, and accommodating. There is plenty of shopping and places to eat near the hotel. The breakfast was very good.Also the airport shuttle was very helpful.

Excellent front desk service. Special thanks to Christian who advised us about the safety in the area and arranged a taxi for us promptly whenever needed. Free breakfast was semi-buffet style and egg/omelette was made to order.

Staff is super friendly and very helpful. They helped me to organise everything I needed for my Galapagos trip (like PCR test, printing documents and so on). The location of the hotel is perfect. Everything is jos a few minutes away. The wifi is fast and stable. The hotel is very clean and you can find hand sanitizer everywhere, which is nice especially in this Covid time. It was a pleasure to stay here and I can highly recommend!
